Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, D.C. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States yet.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping: $4.99 per order.
Free shipping on orders of $60 or more, including the 2-Minute Peptide Routine.

You'll always see the final shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Processing: orders are prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays).
Delivery: most orders arrive 2 to 4 business days after they ship, by USPS.

All together, most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days of being placed. These times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and busy seasons can add a few days.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. If you ordered more than one item, it may arrive in more than one package.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. Once an order has been prepared for shipping we can't change the address, and we can't refund orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Damaged, wrong or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, or never shows up, email us within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund. See our Refund policy for the details.
