1. Who we are
This website is run by Creo, a sole proprietorship doing business in Texas under the registered assumed name "Creo" ("Creo," "we," "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to anyone who visits our website or buys from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
3. About our products
Our products are cosmetics. They are for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person.
- Always read the label and directions on the product you receive.
- Try a small amount on a patch of skin first, and stop using any product that causes irritation.
- Keep products out of your eyes unless the label says otherwise, and keep them away from children.
- If you are pregnant or nursing, or have a skin condition, talk to your doctor before use.
Information on this site is general information, not medical advice.
4. Product information
We work hard to show our products, ingredients and colors accurately, but screens vary, and packaging or formulas can change. The label on the product you receive is the final word on ingredients and directions. We may change or stop selling any product at any time.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Any sales tax and shipping cost are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we don't see or store your full card number. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you.
6. Orders
Your order confirmation email means we've received your order. It doesn't mean we've accepted it. We may limit quantities or refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud, if there's an error, or if a product isn't available. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.
8. Discount codes
Discount codes have no cash value, can't be combined unless we say so, and may end at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse a code.
9. Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
10. Reviews and other things you send us
If you post a review or send us feedback, photos or ideas, you confirm that it's honest, that it's yours to share, and that it doesn't break any law. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive right to use, copy, show and share it in connection with Creo. We may remove any content at our discretion.
11. Our content and brand
Everything on this site, including the Creo name and logo, text, photos, videos, label designs and code, belongs to Creo or the people we license it from, and is protected by law. You may not copy, reuse or sell it without our written permission.
12. Using the site the right way
You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful; try to hack, disrupt or overload it; copy or scrape it with automated tools; resell our products without our permission; or give false information when you order.
13. Other companies' services
Our store runs on Shopify, and payments, shipping and other services are provided by other companies with their own terms and privacy policies. Links to other websites are there for convenience, and we aren't responsible for their content.
14. Disclaimer
Except as stated in these Terms and our policies, and to the fullest extent the law allows, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
15. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Creo won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that come from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim is about. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
16. Indemnity
You agree to cover Creo for any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from you breaking these Terms or the law.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you have a problem, please email us first so we can try to fix it; we'll try to resolve it within 30 days. If we can't, any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you and we agree to that location. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead.
18. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, and the "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new Terms. If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part of these Terms, that doesn't mean we give up the right to later. These Terms and our policies are the full agreement between you and us about the site.
